| 摘 要： | 在中国转型经济背景下,研究市场资源、非市场资源和制度资源与企业缓冲战略和搭桥战略之间的关系有着重要的积极意义。研究显示,市场资源、非市场资源和制度资源对缓冲战略有显著的正向影响;市场资源、制度资源对搭桥战略有显著的负向影响,而非市场资源对搭桥战略的显著性不明显。 |

| Abstract: | This study focuses on Non-market strategy in the context of institutional transitions.Based on the buffering strategy and bridging strategy as dependent variable and market resources,non-market resources,institutional resources as independent variable,we try to find the effects of resource on non-market strategy.The research finds that the market resources,and the non-market resources and the institutional resources on the buffering strategy have significantly positive effect;the market resources,and the institutional resources on the bridging strategy have significantly negative effect;and the non-market resources on the bridging strategy has no significant effect. |
