| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题一直是社会与公共关注的热点。为什么会在出现大学生就业难的严竣形势下,还会同时出现大学生就业过程的违约现象?表层的原因是大学生在利益差距比较中的“保底心理”,即违约的低成本可以承受;深层的原因则是将个人诚信缺失混杂于社会诚信缺失的畸型心态平衡。如何面对大学生违约现象今后既不可能消除又应尽量减少呢?最重要的还是要靠市场自身的规范调节;加强诚信教育以营造社会大环境的诚信氛围与压力;确保就业信息渠道的畅通。

| Abstract: | College graduates' employment has been the focus of public attention.In light of college graduates' breach of a contract in the process of their employment,the present essay tries to analyse both surface and deep-seated causes of this problem from the perspective of sociology.This essay calls for active measures to lessen the phenomena of graduates' breach of a contract.The author claims that it is the most important to intensify honesty-oriented education,to guarantee the unblockedness of the employment information channel,etc. |
