独立学院开展大学生特色就业指导初探——以福州大学至诚学院为例

近年来，独立学院毕业生的就业形势十分严峻，并受到社会的广泛关注。通过对福州大学至诚学院的调查发现，学生在自身的就业定位、对学校的就业指导工作满意度以及对国家政策的关注度方面都存在着一定的问题。就业指导内容欠缺、就业指导方式单一、就业指导对象片面、就业指导时间的局限性是主因。高校应健全就业指导机构，建设就业指导队伍；内引外联，广开渠道，建设就业新市场；建立全程化指导，实现多渠道就业。

On the Career Guidance for the Students of Independent Colleges——Taking Fuzhou University Zhicheng College as an Example

In recent years, the graduates＇ employment situation of independent colleges is grim, drawing widespread concern of the society. Through a survey of Fuzhou University Zhicheng College, certain students＇ problems are found in such aspects as their own employment orientation and satisfaction with university work in career guidance as well as the attention to the national policy. The major factors in career guidance are as follows： lacking contents, mono-mode guidance, single-sided object, career guidance and limitations of time. Universities should do the following in career guidance： perfect the institutions and develop the teams; contact the employers as an external connection to increase channels and develop new job markets; establish thorough guidance to achieve multi-channel employment.
