| 摘 要： | 针对广东服务外包业的特点，筛选出影响广东服务外包业的因素，包括：要素成本、环境因素、人力技能和可获得性、企业竞争力等四个主要指标；利用AHP模型对各指标进行定量研究，指出广东省服务外包业竞争力影响因素首要指标是商业环境，而综合各指标来看，影响最大的因素是基础设施。
