| 摘 要： | 社会管理创新是服务型政府职能转变的重要组成部分,新时期社会管理创新首先是在政府主导下的创新,强化服务民生的理念,坚持以人为本、提升政府威信、调节社会矛盾,社会管理创新要有公民的积极参与、培育公民参与意识、为公民提供参与渠道,大力培育发展社会组织,通过社会组织提供公共服务,在实践中不断探索社会管理创新的新思路。

| Abstract: | The innovation of social management is an important part of the service-oriented government of transformation functions.In the new era social management innovation should be the innovation guided by government.It must focus on the concept of people's livelihood and people-orientedness,improve the government prestige,and regulate social conflicts.Social management innovation include the active participation of citizens,cultivation of civic participation consciousness,provision of channels for participation,and vigorous development of social organization to provide public services. |
