| 摘 要： | 孔子的依“礼”重“德”治国思想 ,包括“为国以礼”和“为政以德”两个重要治国方略 ,二者有其政治含义和思想内涵。孔子依“礼”重“德”治国思想的基本内容包括 :“礼”“德”相辅 ,“导”“齐”相济 ;“德”“礼”为先 ,辅以“政”“刑”;依“礼”重“教”,以“德”化民。

| Abstract: | Confucian idea of ruling a country on the basis of "propriety" and "virtue" including "ruling a country by propriety" and "administrating by virtue" have its political connotation and ideological content. This idea includes: "propriety" goes together with "virtue", and "guiding" with "administrating"; "virtue" and "propriety" go first followed by "administration" and "penalty"; lay stress on "propriety" and "education", and educate people by "virtue". |
