| 摘 要： | 政治合法性问题是理性化时代人们普遍关注的一个重要政治命题，也是运用当代法治理论分析社会的一个重要参数，它强调在现代社会政权的唯一合法性基础只能是人民的普遍承认。阐述了合法性的概念、类型及危机，分析了合法性危机产生的原因以及合法性在中国的适用等。

| Abstract: | The validity of politics is an important political proposition to which people generally pay attention in the era of rationalization. It is also an important parameter to analyze society by using the contemporary political theory. It emphasizes that in the modem society people＇s universal acknowledgement is the only valid foundation of political power. This article emphatically elaborates on the concept, the type and the crisis of the validity as well as the reason for validity crisis and its suitability in China. |
