| 摘 要： | 欧盟非市场经济地位制度对我国企业的影响主要体现在反倾销应诉领域中。根据欧盟反倾销法的规定，有关非市场经济国家主要适用“类比国制度”、“一国一税制度”和“分别裁决制度”。针对这些制度提出了我国企业应采取的应诉策略，即：积极申请市场经济地位或分别裁决待遇；加强企业自身管理制度的完善；减少政府干预；加强政府管理和服务。
