| 摘 要： | 先秦儒道两家文化是以"和"作为自己的价值内涵与理想目标的文化,其中蕴含有丰富的心理和谐思想。通过对先秦儒道心理和谐思想进行分析阐述并对其异同进行比较,可以看出它们虽然存在着实现心理和谐的方法与途径的不同,但它们有着向内用功以获得心理和谐的相似性,有着共同的出发点与最终落脚点——人的心理和谐。先秦儒道两家如鸟之双翼,车之双轮,共同支撑与推动着心理和谐思想的阐扬与发展。
