关于依法治国几个问题的思考

法治和民主总是联为一体的，就如专制与人治不可分割一样。我们实行依法治国，是为了发展社会主义民主，保障人民民主，更好地实现“民治”。依法治国，即是变人治为法治，必须重在管权、重在治官。实行依法治国，关键在于执政党建设。党的领导是不能动摇的，但党要善于领导，党的执政方式要适时转变。党的执政方式的转变过程，即是由人治向法治转变的过程。
