| 摘 要： | 随着计算机及信息网络技术的广泛应用,期刊界的竞争愈来愈激烈.为适应新时期期刊编辑工作,保证质量,保证学术期刊在强手如林的竞争中独树一帜,高校学报编辑应做好选题和组稿工作.组稿工作的成败,直接关系到选题计划的能否实现和学报质量的优劣.学报编辑素质的高低与选题、组稿有直接的关系.做好选题、组稿工作,要提高编辑的专业学术水平,拓宽编辑的知识面,提高编辑的创造能力、预测能力和社交能力.

| Abstract: | With the computer and information not techhique applied widly,the competotion in journal have becom more secrious.The journal editors showd be correct elcction titles and handling articles for suiting newly jounral edition work pledge journal quality in competition.The haveling articles is related with selection titles plan and Journal quality.The quality editors is related with selection titles and handling articles.So the correct election titles and handling article showed improve,editor special levels and knowledge in creation ability,prediction ability and social communication alility . |
