| 摘 要： | 高等学校学生党员的继续教育工作是高等学校学生党建工作的重要内容，在分析当前高等学校学生党员继续教育中存在的主要问题基础上，从提高学生党员的党员意识、责任意识、忧患意识方面和使命意识阐述学生党员导师制教育模式，并对如何加强继续教育进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Continoual education of the communist party members in college is the important content of par- ty building in college.On the basis of analyzing the current problems in continual education for party members in lollege,with the improvement of the sense of party spirit,responsibility,crisis and mission,the tutorial system for college student party members was elaborated.Moreover,how to strengthen the continual education for the college students was also studied. |
