摘    要:孔子的教育观有君子成人与完整人格、有教无类与面向全体、为仁由己与主体性、启发诱导与创新性、礼仁之道与修养德行、教学相长与为人师表 ,其中不乏素质教育的要义。在深化教育改革的今天 ,孔子的教育思想不失为推进我国素质教育进程的良好借鉴。

Abstract:Confucius advanced lots of such valuable educational thoughts as being a gentleman and having perfect personalities, having no discriminations in educational objects and teaching all students, being benevolent by oneself and giving play to students' subjectivities, emphasizing elicitation method of teaching and bringing students' innovativeness to play, understanding the doctrines of courtesy and benevolence and training moral conducts, emphasizing the equal benefits of teaching to teachers and students and being worthy of the name of teacher , among which there were plentiful basic connotations of quality education .On the days of deepening educational reform, there is much in Confucian educational thoughts that we can make use of to further improve and develop quality education in China.
