| 摘 要： | 农村青年是我国农村的重要人力资源,实现农业和农村现代化必须培养造就千千万万高素质的青年农民,这是新农村建设最本质、最核心的内容,也是最迫切的要求。目前中国农村青年人力资源开发必须发挥政府部门的主导作用,要优先发展农村教育事业,建立统筹城乡劳动力市场的长效机制,并且拓展农业内部的就业空间。

| Abstract: | Rural youth is the most important human resources in the rural area. It is necessary to cultivate thousands of high quality youth farmers to rationalize agricultural and rural modernization, which is the most essential and central contents, and also the most imperious requirement in the new rural area construction. At present, developing rural youth human resources in China must exert governmental dominant function, priority to developing rural educational course, establishing long and effective mechanism of coordinating urban and rural labor force market, and exploring room for employment within the agriculture. |
