| 摘 要： | 文章从投资的角度深入分析中国饭店业未来的四大发展趋势。一是全球化趋势，表现为国外饭店集团对中国市场投资力度的进一步加大，以及本土饭店跨国投资发展的条件日趋成熟；二是市场化趋势，全球化冲击下中国饭店市场的投资理念、投资方式和投资区域的市场化特征将越来越显著；三是多元化趋势，未来中国饭店业的投资主体、投资领域、投资品牌都将向着多元化方向发展；四是集团化趋势，未来中国饭店业的信息化投资大潮必将催生一批超级饭店集团。

| Abstract: | This paper profoundly analyzes four future trends of development of China＇s hotel industry from the point of investment. The first trend is globalization which manifests the increase of market investment strength from foreign hotel groups, and gradual maturity of multi-nation investment conditions of local hotels. The second is market trend which exhibits more and more prominent market features of investment ideas, methods and areas in China＇s hotel industry. The third trend is diversification of investment body, fields and brands of future China＇s hotel industry. The forth is the trend of conglomeration in the environment of informationization. |
