| 摘 要： | 基于历史理性批判,康德确立了人类社会弃恶扬善的进步信念,使其道德哲学、社会历史观与自然的目的论实现了内在的统一,同时他的关于自由、平等以及独立等人类基本的法权政治思想之探讨也展示了其在一些对于人类来说具有普遍意义问题上的深切关怀.这些思想不仅演化为此后资本主义社会的基本精神,而且也对现当代西方法权政治哲学的发展产生了深远影响.

| Abstract: | Based on a historical rational critique, Kant established the belief that human society evolves from evil to good, thus making his moral philosophy, view of society and history, and natural teleology consistent in nature. Moreover, his arguments about human droit and politics such as freedom, equality and independence revealed his concern for some universally significant problems for human beings. His views and ideas became the fundamental spirit of capitalism afterwards, and exerted a great influence on the development of modern western philosophy of droit and politics. |
