影响我国实现法治社会原因简析

以法治国，建设社会主义法治国家已经成为我国的基本方略。法治与民主不可分割，但它并不等于具有工具主义特质的法制。但囿于我国的国情实现法治社会的理想和现实之间存在着很大的差距：中国传统文化的影响；民主革命反封建的缺失；建设社会主义法治国家的失误；商品经济的薄弱以及文化教育的落后等等。因此，我们应该充分认识建设社会主义法治国家的长期性和艰巨性，不可盲目乐观。

Therefore, we should realize how long and how hard it is to construce a socialist country under the rule of law without unrealistic optimism.
