| 摘 要： | 国家的现代化是领域分化与具有自主意识的社会领域出现的结果,表现为一个由神权国家到绝对国家再到宪政国家的连续过程。绝对国家对神权国家的替代消除了教权对国家治理的影响,宪政国家对绝对国家的替代则把自由的概念植入了国家的灵魂。宪政国家奉自由为宗旨。于是,现代公共生活被定型为个人自由的工具,是通向私人生活之幸福的手段。这样的定位使公共生活陷入困境,面临转型的挑战。

| Abstract: | The modernization of state was a result of fields polarization and the emerging of the society with independence consciousness,and it presented as a successive course from theocratic state to absolute state,then to constitutional state.The substitution of absolute state to theocratic state eliminated the catholic power's effect on the state governance,the substitution of constitutional state to absolute state inserted the conception of liberty into the state's spirit.The constitutional state took liberty as its tenet.Accordingly,modern public life was shaped as a tool of individual liberty and considered as a step to private life's happiness.Public life was put into a dilemma by this identification,facing the challenge of transformation. |
