| 摘 要： | 区位论主要是探讨有关人类社会各种经济活动的空间配置,寻求经济事物在空间分布上最优化的理论。从农业区位论、工业区位论到城市区位论,每一步发展都与当时科技发展水平密切相关。同时在知识经济条件下,现代科技的不断进步又为区位论的发展提供了更多的研究工具。由此本文提出了高新技术产业、科技园区的区位选择问题,指出科技进步与区位论的发展研究之间存在密切的互相促进关系。

| Abstract: | Location theory is mainly about the space allocation concerning various economic activities in human society to explore the most optimal spatial distribution theory in the economic affairs.From the theories of agriculture location,industry location to urban ones,each developmental stage is closely related with then technological development.Meanwhile,under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy,modern technology progress in turn provides more tools for research on the development of location theories.Then this paper proposes the problem about the choices of location of a new high-tech industries,and science and technology parks,and indicates that the close mutual relationship between the scientific and technological progress and the development of location theory. |
