| 摘 要： | 协议供货制是中国最新型的政府采购形式之一,它具有节约财政资金、降低采购成本、提高采购效率等优点。从2002年开始中国试行这一采购方式,经过这几年的运行,协议供货的产品范围不断扩大,然而协议供货制这一新生事物在实践中不断涌现出一些问题,本文针对运用协议供货制进行政府采购过程中出现的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出了完善协议供货制的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Agreement Procurement System is one of the newest government procurement ways.It has many merits,such as saving financial fund,reducing purchase cost and enhancement purchase efficiency.China has tried out this purchase way from 2002.Through these years' movement,the scope of the products by Agreement Procurement System is unceasingly enlarging.However,Agreement Procurement System as a newly emerging thing emerges some questions in the practice.This article analyses the problems of Agreement Procurement System and gives some suggestions about perfecting it. |
