| Abstract: | Yang Xiong's theory on inheritance and innovation stresses on subjectivity,authenticity,spontaneousness and time reality,upholds the orthodoxy of Confucian thoughts and blends harmoniously with Taoism and Monism.His theory offers profound theoretical sources for many a literature theorist such as Wang Chong,Ge Hong,Liu Xie in forming and developing their ideas on inheritance and innovation. |
