基于心理契约的知识型员工激励问题浅析

摘    要:在文献回顾的基础上,以知识型员工的需求为基础,从心理契约的角度出发,分析了知识型员工与心理契约在特征上的内在一致性,以及心理契约在知识型员工激励中的重要作用,认为应该通过与知识型员工建立心理契约从而进行激励,在前人研究的基础上修正了基于心理契约的知识型员工激励模型,进而提出了知识型员工激励路径的选择。

Abstract:This paper,analyzes the characteristics of internal consistency of knowledge workers and the psychological contract from the view of psychological contract based on literature review.It finds the importance of psychological contract in encouraging knowledge workers,and held the opinion that through establishing psychological contract with knowledge workers to conduct incentive,and revised the incentive model of knowledge workers based on psychological contract.Finally the paper puts forward the incentive path selection of knowledge workers.
