| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代初,中国的民主党派和自由主义思潮得到了很大的发展。以宁协万等人为代表的资产阶级进步学者提出了“联省民主制”、“三权分立,代议民主政治”等政治主张,在当时造成了很大影响,最终如昙花一现,直至销声匿迹。他们为初步探索中国民主政治作了一定的贡献,联系当代民主政治建设,回顾这段历史仍有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the twenties of the 20th century,the democratic party and ideological trend of liberalism in China got very great development.The progressive scholars of capitalist class represented by Ning Xiewan put forward political opinions on "democracy system of allied province","separation of powers",which caused very great influence at that time.However,these opinions were transient and died down.They had contributed for preliminary exploring China's democratic politics.This phase of history can still be used for reference when we connect it to the construction of contemporary democratic politics. |
