本文探讨东汉末年特定历史背景下《太平经》的安民策略 ,认为《太平经》的“安民”,只不过是谋求东汉封建政权稳定的策略理路 ,即以民安而达政安。文章指出 :在社会矛盾已极端尖锐的王朝统治末期 ,政权的自觉调整已难以奏效 ,因而这一策略理路难成现实

TACTICS SKETCHES OF MAKING PEOPLE FEEL AT EASE IN PEACE SCRIPTURES

In the article,the author thoroughly analyzes the tactics of making people feel at ease in Peace Scriptures,Which was written in the special historical background in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The author thinks that the peace tactics in Peace Scriprures is just a way to seek the stability of the feudal regime of the Eastern Han Dynasty.That is ,to make regime stable by means of making people feel at ease.The author points out that in the late feudal dynasty whose social contradictions were already extremly sharp,the regimes conscientious adjustment did not work.Thus this tactful way was hard to come into reality.
