| Abstract: | On the basis of learning experience of securities companies to carry out life insurance agent service abroad,the necessity and possibility of developing life insurance agent service by the domestic securities companies are analyzed.Accordingly the practical suggestions to the new model of life insurance agent service are proposed in the regards of the legal aspect,agency model,process specifications and business supervision,etc. |
