制度视角下的政府与国有企业博弈分析

制度不完善和相对滞后,是中国渐进式经济体制改革的客观必然。为此在制度演进的视角下,运用博弈分析的方法,分别就分权化、市场化和公司化改革进程,审视政府与国有企业的互动关系。提出不断完善各项制度,尽快确立利益主体,规范、约束和激励政府和国有企业行为,推进法治化建设的改革思路与对策。

Analysis of Government and State-owned Enterprises Based on Game Theory From the System Perspective

That system is imperfect and relatively stagnant,which is inevitable for Chinese gradual economic reform.The study examines the interactive relationship between government and state-owned enterprises on the sides of reform process of decentralization and marketalization and corporatization from the system evolution perspective with the method of game theory.The study gives some suggestions and solutions: constantly improve the system;establish bodies of interest as soon as possible;normalize,constrain and incentive the behavior of government and state-owned enterprises;promote legalization construction.
