我国独立学院的发展、现状与对策

我国的独立学院大多由民办二级学院转型而来，目前管理体制方面的问题已初步解决，制约其发展的关键问题主要聚焦于办学内容方面，如专业设置缺乏特色、生源素质相对不高、教师水平参差不齐等，提出基于办学目标与办学特色进行专业设置、提升教师素质并保证教师队伍的稳定性以及建立教学质量评估体系等建议。
