| 摘 要： | 新加坡的社会经济在三十年间发生了翻天覆地的变化,创造了惊人的奇迹.其原因是多方面的,但是,它充满活力的教育则是经济发展的最强大的动力,其中的"教师教育"又是其教育改革与发展的关键因素.我国目前正在实施"科教兴国"战略,了解和研究新加坡的教育经验无疑具有现实的启示意义.

| Abstract: | In the past 30 years, the social and economic development in Singapore has been tremendous. Of course, there are many factors contributing to this economic miracle, but its dynamic education is certainly the strongest force behind the economy. And the "teacher education" is the key to education reform and development. Now China is carrying out its strategy to develop the country through science and education, there is no doubt that it is referential to us to understand and study the educational experiences in Singapore. |
