| 摘 要： | 江泽民关于中国特色社会主义民主政治建设理论有两个重要的特点:一是强调要把实现“政治文明”作为新世纪新阶段社会主义民主政治建设的根本目标;二是强调要把坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的统一,作为中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的根本途径。

| Abstract: | There are two important traits in Jiang Zemin's democratic political construction: one focuses on "the realization of political civilization" which is taken as the key purpose of socialist democratic political construction in new century, the other emphases the coherence of Party's leadership, people's master of their destiny and ruling the country by law, which is considered as the fundamental route of constructing the socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
