当前有关收入分配的三方面主要问题

在经济体制改革和国民经济发展的现阶段 ,我们面临以下三大与收入分配有关的问题 :一是我国目前收入分配的实际格局是什么 ,社会主义市场经济收入分配和再分配的基本目标模式是什么 ?即我们应该向哪种收入分配方式转轨 ?二是各种收入差距拉大的原因与对策。这又分为以下两个方面 :一方面 ,在市场经济发展的现阶段 ,合法地收入分配会如何导致收入差距拉大 ,应采取何种政策加以调节 ?另一方面 ,由各种“灰色”和“黑色”收入 (包括腐败 )所导致的收入差距拉大及其对策。三是国有经济内部的收入分配方式的改革与规范化。对这些问题进行了探讨

Three Main Problems of the Current Income Distribution

We face three main problems of the income distribution in the current period with the reforms of economic system and the development of national economy.The first,what is the real situation of our present income distribution and what is the basic objective pattern of the income distribution and re distribution under the socialist market economy?Namely, which kind of income distribution pattern should we choose?Secondly,the reasons and countermeasures for the widening of the disparities of all kinds of incomes are discussed.That can be further divided into two aspects:first,in the current development period of the socialist economy,how does the legal income distribution lead to the widening of the income disparity and what kind of measures can be adopted for adjustment?On the other hand,the growth of the income dispariy caused by all kinds of "grey" and "black" income(including corruption)and the countermeasures for them.Thirdly,the standardization and the reforms of the patterns of the income distribution in the state owned economy are analysed.
