With the developing of information technology and the coming of knowledge economic epoch, the productive force of knowledge plays a key role in the market competition and the development of enterprises. Through studying the process of business reengineering and its disadvantages, it ascertains the strategic target of dynamoelectric enterprise and the business process to be reengineered. Moreover, at the base of depicting and assessing the existing business process, it develops the applying of the material and goods business management information system in dynamoelectric enterprise, evaluates in detail the achievement of business process reengineering in dynamoelectric enterprise. Finally, the author believes that the performing of MIS, which combines information technology and business process reengineering, is a renovation act to boom dynamoelectric enterprise.
