| 摘 要： | 中国共产党成为执政党已有50余年的历史,随着国际形势和党所面临的任务的变化,加强党的执政能力和巩固党的执政地位已成为党自身建设的最直接的目标。目前,坚决彻底地贯彻民主集中制原则已成为提高党的执政能力的关键。文章立足于党的建设的实际,对“民主集中制原则”与“执政能力建设”二者的关系进行了广泛的探讨。

| Abstract: | Communist Party of China enjoys a history of coming into power for more than 50 years.At present,with the change of the situation all over the world and the task faced by CPC,enhancing the Party's governing capacity and reinforcing the position to reign have become the party's direct target to construct herself.For the party,carrying out the principle of democratic centralism firmly has become the key to reinforce her position to reign.This paper,basing on the reality of the party's self-construction,explores extensively about the relation between the principle of democratic centralism and the construction of the ability to reign. |
