| 摘 要： | 长三角区域经济一体化的快速发展，既受益于区位优势的天然基础，也是特定制度环境下的时代产物。各具特色的发展模式为长三角区域一体化提供了活力，市场与政府是一体化的推动者，而优化资源配置则是其主要内容。长三角区域一体化尽管初步形成了区际分工与合作共赢的格局，但其发展仍受瓶颈因素制约。同时，政府与市场在长三角地区两省一市发展中的角色和功能各异。未来长三角区域经济一体化的路径选择应立足于区域整体联动与利益分配、政策一体化等制度创新。
