摘    要:组织学习是一个组织知识不断产生、不断传播、不断应用的循环上升过程。企业中知识的创造与应用离不开知识型员工,对知识型员工的有效管理将直接影响到企业知识管理水平以及获得核心竞争优势的能力。在分析组织学习与知识型员工管理的关系的基础上,从组织学习的视角探讨了知识型员工的管理的策略。

Abstract:Organizational learning is a continuous procedure of the creation, transmission and application of organizational knowledge. The creation and application of knowledge in enterprise is inseparable from the knowledge-worker. Thus the effective management of knowledge-worker will have a direct impact on the enterprise knowledge management as well as the ability of the core competitive advantage. The relationship between organizational learning and knowledge-worker management is analyzed. Then strategies for the management of knowledge-worker are provided from the perspective of organizational learning.
