摘    要:文章以安徽地区高校企业竞争模拟大赛的形成为背景,基于相似教育理论和建构主义(Constructiv—ism)教学理论,探讨了高校教师应用具有博弈思维的模拟教学方法形成“以赛促教——以教促研——以研促学”演变规律,发现该规律可以提高整体的教学质量,即既可以发挥教师的研究能力,也可以提升学生的创业能力;并以此供从事模拟教学的管理类和商科类教师参考。

Abstract:In view of the formation of Enterprise Competition Simulation Competition among the uni- versities in Anhui Province, and based on the theory of analogy education and the teaching theory of constructivism, the simulation teaching methods with the game thinking adopted by university teach- ers are discussed, which generates an evolution law of "teaching through competing--researching through teaching--leaning through researching". This law can improve the overall quality of teaching, make full use of the research capacities of the teachers, and enhance the entrepreneurial abilities of the students. The study is valuable for the teachers of management class and business class who are engaged in simulation teaching.
