| 摘 要： | 在社会正义问题凸显的当代中国,从当代西方正义理论范式中寻求建构正义社会的基本元素具有重要的现实意义。通过对罗尔斯等人分配正义观的解析得出,分配正义内在于权利平等自由,权利自由、过程平等是罗尔斯等人分配正义理论共同坚守的底线。分配正义理论范式之争本质上是自由、民主、平等、正义在政治基本价值体系中排序及其正义与善关系之争,争论背后的焦点则是对国家权力正当性的追问。
