| 摘 要： | 公务员职务犯罪是社会关注的焦点。如对公务员职务犯罪行为不能做到罪刑相适应,将使法律失去公平与正义。公务员职务犯罪是由主客观两方面的原因所导致。对公务员职务犯罪行为应从主观上加强思想教育,使他们真正树立以人民本的观念;客观上应制定严厉的规章制度,对公务员职务犯罪行为真正做到罪刑相适应,从而使公务员的职务犯罪行为降低。

| Abstract: | The official crime of the civilian is always the focus of the society,and the justice and fairness will be lost if the crime is not consistent with punishment.The subjective aspect and the objective aspect decide the official crime of the civilian.As to the crime,thoughtful education must be strengthened so as to let them set up the view of serving the people,and work out strict regulations to realize the consistence between crime and punishment,in order to reduce the ratio of official crime. |
