四川省民俗文化旅游资源的开发和保护

民俗是一种高层次的文化旅游资源。西南民族风情区之一的四川,民俗文化旅游资源内容丰富、形式多样,特色鲜明。随着西部大开发的深入和中国加入WTO,充分有效地开发和利用地域文化、实施可持续旅游发展战略,已成为四川民俗文化旅游开发研究的一个十分重要的课题。四川省应当结合不同地域民俗文化的特点,坚持因地制宜,形成最优的开发模式。同时,加强对民俗文化旅游资源的保护,在经济增长和资源保护中寻求一平衡点,为促进四川经济的可持续发展提供新的增长契机。

EXPLOITATION AND PROTECTION OF FOLK CUSTOM TOURIST RESOURCES IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

Folk custom is a kind of high-level tourist resource.Sichuan Province,one of the national scenes in Southwestern China,is abundant in tourist culture resources,each representing its own area.With China's deepened devel- opment of Western area and the entry into WTO,it has become a most important study for Sichuan tourist development and study to fully and effectively exploit and utilize the valuable regional culture, and to carry out the principle of sustainable development. Therefore, we should form the most rational developing pattern according to their respective characteristics. Meanwhile, we should also protect the folk custom culture travelling resources in order to balance the relationship between economic growth and resource protection, and besides provide a rare chance for Sichuan' s economic sustainable development.
