| 摘 要： | 孔子的行政思想集中体现在他的"正名"理论中,包含了三个方面的内容:一是责任原则,规定统治者与被统治者各自的责任;二是德治原则,主张执政者要为政以德;三是"教化原则",强调执政者要充分发挥道德教化的作用来加强对社会的控制。在今天,孔子的这些行政思想对我国当代公共行政也有着很好的借鉴意义。
