摘    要:教师是发展教育事业的主要力量,也是学校教育中教学的两大主体之一。教师素质的高下直接影响着教育教学的效果,制约着教育培养出来的人才的规格和质量。语文教师因其学科的特性在新课标的实施与创新教育中,其素质的提高显得至为关键。语文教师的素质提高的主要途径有教育观念的更新、网络教育技术的运用、继续教育的落实与教育科研的强化等方面。

Chinese Teacher Quality's Meaning and How to Improve Theirs Quality

Abstract:Teachers are the main force in developing educational course and one of the two main subjects in teaching.Teachers' quality has a close relation to the effect of education and teaching and students' quality and quantity.Chinese education is especially important in New Curriculum Standard and quality education because of its characteristic.There are many ways to improve Chinese teacher's quality.In this essay,we discuss this question from the perspective of replacement of old educational idea,using internet education technology,fulfilling continuing education and improving teaching and studying ability.
