撒哈拉以南非洲经济发展之我见

长期以来,撒哈拉以南非洲发展滞缓,世界最不发达国家多数集中于此,以至于许多人“谈‘黑’色变”,认为它是一个毫无希望的大陆。本文却不以为然。文章从部分国家的成功实践及其将会产生的“星火燎原”效应的考察入手,然后分析暂时落后的国家具备的有利于经济发展的条件,以及撒哈拉以南非洲的区域环境,在此背景下,再结合对国际环境的考察和对曾被称为世界上最没有希望地区的东亚的经济腾飞的论述,最后得出结论,撒哈拉以南非洲“面包会有的,黄油会有的,牛奶会有的,一切都会有的。”

OUR VIEWS ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA

The economy of Sub-Saharan Africa has been developing very very slowly for a long time. Most undeveloped countries in the world are in the continent. The public turn pale at the mention of Sub-Saharan Africa, and regard it utterly hopeless. The article disagrees with the above-mentioned opinion. Firstly it debates the successful practice of some countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, considers it a single spark which can start a prairie fire, and analyses the favourable economic conditions which those backward countries have possessed, discusses the regional circumstance , then relates the discusses about the international circumstance and the abrupt rise of economy in East Asia which has been considered an utterly hopeless region and finally draws a conclusion that Sub-Saharan Africa will be hopeful and the people living in it will have a glorious life.
