| 摘 要： | 自上个世纪80年代末至今,处于转型时期的俄罗斯按照资本主义民主、宪政原则对其司法理念和制度进行了一场根本性的改革。由于中国亦处于转型时期,历史上苏联的司法制度对中国曾产生重大影响,关注俄罗斯司法改革的经验和教训对中国的司法改革有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | According capitalistic principle of democracy and constitutionalism, Russia, which on transformation era, carried out a fundamental reform on its judicial concept and system since late 1980s. Because China is also on transformation era, and the judicial system of Soviet Union ever had an important effect on that of China in the past, concerning on experiences and lessons of Russian judicial reform is significant to the judicial reform of China. |
