中英文招聘广告体裁的语步对比分析

以银行业招聘广告为例，采用语料库工具，对比分析中英文招聘广告的语步结构及语言实现形式。研究发现：中英文招聘广告的语步结构有相同之处，但中文招聘广告语步相对完整，英文招聘广告语步相对较少；英文招聘广告既注重对应聘者素质的要求，也注重描述人才培养机制，而中文招聘广告注重描述对应聘者的要求；中英文招聘广告的号召性语步均使用第一、二人称代词，尤以第二人称代词为主，旨在减少与应聘者之间的距离感，实现号召目的。

A Contrastive Move Analysis Between Chinese and English Recruitment Advertisements

Based on Chinese and English recruitment advertisements from banking websites, this paper makes a contrastive move analysis between Chinese and English recruitment advertisements with the help of corpus tools.The findings are as follows.First, both Chinese and English recruitment advertisements have obligatory and optional moves, but moves in Chinese recruitment advertisements are relatively completed.Second, English recruitment advertisements attach equal importance to quality requirement and employee training while Chinese recruitment advertisements focuse more on the requirement part.Third, both Chinese and English recruitment advertisementsuse personal pronouns, especially second personal pronouns, to bridge the gap between the employer and employees.
