| 摘 要： | 对于最高权力的合法性问题，在先秦时期已引起了儒家巨擎的关注。本文对儒家思想中的名分之礼与王权的合法性问题进行探讨，认为礼通过对名分观念的讲求，从符号到意义全面指引人的内心与行为，激发民众对最高权力支配地位这一既成现实的内心认可，从而奠定统治的合法性基础。

| Abstract: | Legimacy is an inevitable issue of every polity at all times and in all lands.In ancient china some Confucianism authorities had concerned on the legimacy of Supreme authority even in early Qing.The article argues the Li of identifiers in Confucianism and legimacy of royal power.The author thinks Li guides people's hearts and behavior and inspires the people to recognize the fact of the controlling role of royal power.Finally the base of legimacy of royal power has been established. |
