| 摘 要： | 分析了科技期刊中“一稿多投”的原因,认为:职称晋升评审办法等的弊端是导致作者不顾《著作权法》“一稿多投”的直接原因。出版单位未在《著作权法》规定的一个月内给作者录用与否的通知,及出版时滞过长等导致“一稿多发”。缩短审稿时限和出版时滞,及时与作者沟通,解决“一稿多发”是目前出版者的理性选择。

| Abstract: | Ananalysis of the reasons of canned articles on periodicals of science and technology indicates:The system of professional title and other abuses are the cause for the author to ignore the Copyright Law.And publishing houses fail to give the author information of whether to use his essay or not whithin a month,which causes the author to give the essay to other publish houses.Reduction of the copy editing time limit and the lag of publishment,and contact with authors in time,are the rational methods to solve this problem. |
