可持续发展中的经济利益博奕研究

经济利益在可持续发展进程中具有举足轻重的作用。在环境问题中，研究经济利益主体的出发点和动机，有利于寻求经济利益主体行为的协调机制。发展的不可持续性是缘于人类对经济利益的过分追求，阻碍可持续发展进程的根本原因是各国（包括南北双方、特别是北方）基于经济利益的“零和博弈”。“人类只有一个地球”，并且人类的“生存权高于一切”，在通向可持续发展道路上，每个国家都肩负着责任和义务。因此，必须以经济利益为基点、以合作为核心，建立一套完善的国际环保制度，实现可持续发展的经济利益，这是全球皆赢的博弈。

A Study of Economic Interest Game during the Realization of Sustainable Development

Economic interest plays an indispensable role in the process of sustainable development. In the issue of environment, a study of the start-point and motivation of economic interest participants will be of gnat help in finding a coordination mechanism among them. The unsustainable development owes much to human beings' over-emphasis on economic internet' and the basic factor that hinders the realization of sustainable development is a somewhat "zero-sum game" among different countries which care only about their own economic interest. On the way to sustainable development, each country should bear responsibilities and obligations. A perfect institution of international environment protection which is based on economic interest and centers on cooperation should be set up to realize the economic interest of sustainable development. It will he a "all-win game" for all the countries.
