试析城市社区治理过程中政府的角色定位

目前在我国社区治理过程中存在很多问题，其中治理或参与治理主体的责任界限问题尤其需要解决。从国家和社会关系的角度，分析了政府在城市社区治理过程的角色定位问题，认为政府在这一过程中应起引导、支持及协调等辅助作用，逐渐实现“小政府、大社会”的目标，并在此基础上扩大基层民主，最终实现国家和社会的良性互动。

Government Role in City Community Governance

At present there are many problems in the process of community governance in our country, a- mong which the boundary between the subject of governance and that of governance participation is an ur- gent one. This paper analyzes the role of government in city community governance from the relationship between the state and society. It holds that the government should play an auxiliary role of guidance, sup- port and coordination in the governance process in order to realize the goal of building a ＂small government in a big society＂. In this way, grassroots democracy can be expanded and the good interaction between the state and society can be realized.
