摘    要:以X市Y区公务员为例,研究了工作压力因素对职业倦怠的影响问题,得出以下结论:职业倦怠是工作负性压力长期积累的反应,包含负性态度的发展;职业倦怠在人口统计学的年龄、学历两个指标上有显著差异;工作负荷、角色压力、组织局限性压力都可以显著地预测职业倦怠;工作压力各维度对职业倦怠各维度起到不同程度的预测作用等,并对此提出了相应的干预策略。

Abstract:In this study,individual differences are investigated through a questionnaire survey of civil servants in Y District of X City,further analysis the work stress factors on the impact of burnout.The paper reaches the following conclusions:Burnout is a work of long-term accumulation of negative pressure of the reaction,including the development of negative attitudes;Occupational burnout in the demographic of age,education on the two indicators were significantly different;Work load,role stress,organizational limitations of pressure can significantly predict burnout;Work pressure on the dimensions of the burnout dimensions has different degrees of prediction.
