人文主义与科学主义融合视角下英语高端技能型人才的培养范式探究——以河南理工大学为例

21世纪以来，经济全球化趋势发展迅猛，科学研究也呈现出越来越显著的交叉与融合的趋势，当代社会愈来愈需要复合型、创新型和国际化的英语高端技能型人才。英语高端技能型人才培养模式的构建既能适应社会对复合型外语专业人才的需求，也是外语学科发展的方向。本文以河南理工大学英语专业的学生为例，以人文主义与科学主义的结合为理论，探讨了英语高端技能型人才的内涵，同时也解析了在人才培养中人文主义和科学主义的功能以及培养高端实用英语技能型人才的举措。外语学院应大力依托学科优势，使人文主义与科学主义有机结合，强化高端外语人才培养的目标。实践表明，复合型、研究性和国际化的英语高端技能型的专业人才培养范式的建设不仅是必要的，也是可行的。

Research on the Cultivation Model of Top English Talents from the Perspective of Humanism and Scientism Integration A Case Study of Henan Polytechnic University

In the 21st Century, with the growing trend of economic globalization, the tendency of crossover and integration in scientific researches is also becoming increasingly significant, and our society needs more and more top English talents. Though many scholars doubt the model of top talents cuhivation, it can not only meet the social needs, but also set the direction for the development of foreign language teaching. Taking English major in Henan Polytechnic University as an example, based on the theory of humanism and scientism integration, this paper analyzes the connotation of high skilled talents, also parses the function of humanism and scientism in talents cultivation and the measures to cultivate practical and high skilled English talents. Colleges of foreign languages should firmly depend on the subject advanrages, make an organic combination of humanism and scientism, and strengthen the training targets of high skilled foreign language talents. Our experience shows that the model is very necessary and feasible.
