Meditation on the construction of political instructor groups in colleges and universities

To strengthen the construction of the political instructor groups is to satisfy the need of promoting the political and ideological education of college students in modern times,which should conform to high demands and concerning policies.Based on the analyses of the current situation faced with the present ideological and political education of college students and the major problems existent in the construction of political instructor groups,this paper researches on the specialized development and professionalized management of the political instructor groups,which is in line with the spirit of "cultivating professional talents in ideological and political education" advocated by the Central Committee of the C.P.C.
